Sherri focuses primarily in the areas of divorce and custody. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and obtained her law degree from Michigan State University. She has been licensed in Michigan since 2005 and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan-Family Law section. Prior to joining the Abood Law Firm, she clerked for the Honorable Patrick F. Cherry and the Honorable Clinton Canady III.
Sherri is devoted to representing clients in many legal issues that affect marriage, children, and the family unit. She understands that going through the court process is undoubtedly the most stressful time in a client’s life and works zealously to advocate for her clients. As a trained mediator, she also works with each individual client to achieve a successful resolution to the case while educating clients about the divorce process and how the law applies to the specific facts of their case.
