Joshua Laker

Joshua Laker graduated from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of business  in 2012 with a degree in business management. He continued his studies at Chicago-Kent College of Law from 2012 to 2015 while he gained valuable experience working for various firms around Chicago and graduated with honors, receiving a CALI Award for Excellence in Social Media Law. Practicing in Chicago from 2015 to 2018, he specialized in consumer bankruptcy law and worked with a startup company focusing on business law.

He is a member of the Illinois Bar and Michigan Bar, licensed in both Illinois and Michigan, and joined Abood Law in January 2019 to focus on civil litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, and family law.
